Kathy Childress
Kathy has been with Chapman & Chapman since 1992. She is a licensed Property & Casualty producer and is the operations manager for the agency. Her experience includes many aspects of the insurance industry. Most of her career, she worked with commercial lines insurance, but she works with personal insurance clients as well. Her goal is to help clients understand their insurance needs and to find the appropriate coverage for them.
Pat Nichols
Pat has been with Chapman & Chapman since 1992. She is a licensed Property & Casualty producer. Pat brings with her many years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her insurance career working for a local insurance agency while still attending high school. Her specialty is personal lines coverage and claims. Pat enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs and believes it is important that they be treated in the way that she would like to be treated.
Rebecca Fournier
Rebecca Fournier has been with Chapman & Chapman since 1996. She is a licensed Property and Casualty producer, specializing in personal lines insurance. Rebecca has a strong knowledge of the many companies we represent and can help find the best fit for you and your insurance needs.
Samuel L. Belknap, Jr.
Samuel Jr. first joined Chapman & Chapman in the early 1980’s and then again in 1997. Sam is a licensed Property & Casualty producer (licensed since 1977), specializing in both Commercial and Personal lines of insurance. He is an outside producer as well as in-house for sales and service. Sam has extensive, over 30 years, experience in providing coverage and policy interpretation and he works with clients to advise and establish appropriate policies for each individual client.
Susanne Chubbuck
Susanne has been with Chapman & Chapman for since 2000 and is a licensed Property & Casualty producer. Susanne is experienced in Commercial and Personal lines of insurance, but Commercial Insurance is her specialty. She is well versed in the specialized insurance needs for contractors and works hard to help them purchase the coverage they need. She can place and service both your commercial and personal insurance.
Carolyn Tims
Carolyn is a licensed Property and Casualty producer and has been with Chapman & Chapman Insurance since 2002. Specializing in personal insurance, she is able to assist clients with all types of personal insurance needs.
Sharon Gamage
Sharon joined the Chapman & Chapman team in 2005. She is the voice you will most likely hear when you call our office. She handles outgoing correspondence and filing and is a vital asset in many areas of the office.
